Impressive Tableware uses quality packaging products and takes great care in shipping our merchandise to you. We ship daily via UPS, who is known for their reliability and outstanding service. As soon as we have received a tracking number from UPS, we will forward it to you using your email address, if it has been provided.
In the rare event of breakage, please contact our local UPS Store directly at 610-351-8371. Make sure you have all the paperwork and shipping numbers. They will begin the claim filing procedure along with quickly notifying us so that we may ship you another item.
